Cancellation / Refund Policy

• Booking confirmation is against 100% advance. On confirmation of your booking your credit card will be charged.
• A booking can be cancelled / modified 7 days before the arrival date and full booking amount will be refunded minus any credit card / transaction charges levied by your credit card company.
• If cancelled / modified before 72 hours of arrival date, first night retention will be charged minus any credit card / transaction charges levied by your credit card company.
• 100 % charges will be applicable if cancelled / modified within 72 hrs of arrival date.
• Incase of no show 100% retention charge would be applicable.

Airport Transfer Terms

• Guests arrive on multiple flights can expect a delay in departing from the airport. The delay is usually under an hour.
